Thank you for your purchase, we hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit.
if ordering large quantities (3 + ) of the same mould no refund will be given as these are made to order

Returns
All returns must be post marked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All purchases must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer services at jjmorg.jm@googlemail.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number, place the item back into its original packaging, and mail your item to the returns address below:-

Please Note:- You will be responsible for any return shipping charges, we strongly recommend you use a trackable method to mail your return
Refunds
After receiving your return , and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow three (3) days from receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company or bank. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

make sure your address is correct in checkout as we are not responsible for lost moulds due to incorrect address on invoice
Sale or seconds that are sold, are not returnable or qualify for a refund
